For domestic customers we generally are only able to assist with upright piano removals if they are being moved from a ground floor location to another ground floor location this is because our vans work with a 2 man crew and to move a piano up flights of stairs would require at least 3 experienced persons to do it safely. Having said that using our 2 man crew we are able to negotiate upto around 4 steps using our piano trolly, lifting harness and ramps ie: if there are steps to negotiate outside of a property.
